A request for help…

By October 11, 2012Blog

Matthew has let me post here several times before. Usually I drop by his blog to write about something pop/faith culture-esque with (what I hope) is the perfect balance of substance and sarcasm. This time I’m here to simply ask a favor. A huge favor.

I’m in the final three days of a Kickstarter project that needs your backing. Badly. You can check out our project HERE. I’m partnering with Children’s HopeChest and an amazing photographer, Sasha Leahovenco, to work on what will be my first book. That is, my first book if we can get it funded.

HopeChest is an orphan care organization that I have grown to love. I’m thrilled to potentially be traveling with them to Uganda next month to document the orphan story. Not the sad stories of poverty or AIDS or abandonment. I’m going to capture the really important stories of hope and joy and resiliency. I’m going to write about the beautiful story of in county orphan care. I’m going to capture the stories and images of what living out a true religion, a James 1:27 kind of religion, can look like. I’m expecting that it will take my breath away.

Here’s how you can help:

GIVE HERE. Every single dollar counts. And as you know, Kickstarter is all or nothing. If we don’t reach our goal in the next three days we don’t get funded.
PRAY. Finishing out our funding will take an act of God and we are believing and trusting in Him in all things. Please join us in praying for this project.
Tweet and post to Facebook. Share this post or our Kickstarter page with your social media platforms. The more views the better!

Please consider helping my Nicole make her goal. She’s a passionate soul whose love for God is big, inclusive, and filled with hope. She’s good people, the best people, in fact.

Viagra is for the treatment of inability to get or keep an erection and similar states when hard-on is of low quality. When you buy remedies like cialis from canada you should know about cialis online canada. It may have a lot of brands, but only one ATC Code. Erectile dysfunction, defined as the persistent impossibility to maintain a satisfactory erection, affects an estimated 15 to 30 millions men in the America alone. Sexual soundness is an substantial part of a man’s life, no question his age etc.
