“apart” or “a part”? Changes the meaning of the sentence in significant ways!

Each Sunday after taking Eucharist, I silently pray for all the people surrounding me. Who knows what pulls all of us there: The need to praise? The need for fellowship? The need for validation?

One of my favorite hymns begins, “We are many parts, we are all one body …” Amen to that, and when we’re weak, hopefully others will hold us up.

Good quote but for whatever it’s worth Nouwen was a Universalist.

priceless definition on Google – love the example sentence used – pretty much sums up the point of your blog, Jesus does need new PR so the churches won’t be empty 🙂

    define: church

a place for public (especially Christian) worship; “the church was empty”
