run and worship

By January 20, 2009Blog

What a great idea! Run and worship. Who needs to kneel anymore when you can do yoga or jumping jacks or run? At church on Sunday, I think I might stretch. Maybe some lunges. And I can do a split if needed.

Oh, and that IS the final cover–minus the words “NOT FINAL COVER.” This CD is brand new, along with her sister CD–WALK and worship.

Viagra is for the treatment of inability to get or keep an erection and similar states when hard-on is of low quality. When you buy remedies like cialis from canada you should know about cialis online canada. It may have a lot of brands, but only one ATC Code. Erectile dysfunction, defined as the persistent impossibility to maintain a satisfactory hard-on, affects an estimated 15 to 30 millions men in the America alone. Sexual health is an substantial part of a man’s life, no matter his age etc.

  • I would pay to see you do a split. In church or anywhere.

Walk and worship seems like it requires some hands lifted up. They can get away with arms at the side for the running CD, but walking??? Get those arms up! 🙂

I recently saw an ad for “Yaweh Yoga.” There is a woman in my city who teaches Christ-centered yoga, and I’ve actually gone through some poses with her. It’s kind of cool. We have liturgical dancers at my church, depending on the season (the church season, that is). The psalmist speaks of dancing and making music, so … why not walk and run and worship? Some of my closest times of communion with God have been on long solitary walks. Worship is what we make it, and keeping the bodily temple in shape is a form of praise.
