I do love me some Amy Grant! Her earlier stuff was so spiritually deep, and her newer stuff is just so real, in a way many Christian artists aren’t!
Her original Christmas album was the first one I ever got, at age 4 or 5, and it’s still a tradition to play it every Christmas season. As I’m getting married in May, I bookmarked this song to play to start a, ahem, new Christmas tradition! 😉
My favorite lyric was “…to kiss and to spoon…” Vince didn’t sing a note…interesting.
