I just read your book “Churched” this morning in one sitting. You have so described our home life, only I am the mom, and my son is your age. I am curious how your parents felt about you leaving the “Fundamentalist” fold. On our part, our son left…and we followed. We have become so free now that we are on a journey instead of in a box.
