    I loved that. I really like her voice anyway, but that video looks like home to me… singing with one of those microphones by the altar. I can almost hear the haunting echoes of footsteps clicking on the marble, putting the kneeler down slowly so it doesn’t resonate in the whole building when it hits the floor. The smell of the old wood and getting lost in the intricate stained glass and statues when I should be focusing on what the lector is reading. I know so many people feel anxiety about their upbringing, but those sights and sound give me a little sigh of being safe.

    I’ve been obsessed with the Jump Little Children version for the past two years. Maybe it’s weird, but it totally makes me think of my little boy because I started listening to this waiting to travel to finalize his adoption.
