Your Target deals are fantastic! Target has the BEST clearance for their clothes (adults OR children). I got shirts for $2 at Walmart for next summer (for my girlies) but I need to hit up Target!!!
Hey, we found that Pampers swaddlers are great for newborns (through like 3 months but then, switch to Luvs – they’re the cheapest and the best, and never leak! AND, we use the Huggies nighttime diapers starting around age 12-18 months for our little milk monsters. We actually switched from Costco to BJs because BJs sells Luvs and Huggies doesn’t.
You are just the cutest new parents!! There’s Elias snoozing’ away and you are doing 7 minutes on his wardrobe and diapers!! All the photos, albums, videos and blogging about such a tiny sweet baby. Takes me back to our first. Nano second by nano second coverage! By our third? Not so much. Enjoy every second with your wonderful son because it does pass way too quickly.
I can’t believe Elias is one month old! I got a kick out of watching how completely oblivious he was during your comments.
Yes, do write down those little things. My “baby” goes away to college next week, and so many “ancient” memories are flooding my mind.

On a final note, I do have to say I’m with Matthew on the Huggies Wipes deal. Elias won’t recall those smooth Huggies Wipes. Put the difference in savings in a college fund (Trust me: Start saving today!).

but two things i want to say: i have a 4.5 month old breast-fed baby boy and he only poops every 3 days or so. so i think it depends on the baby. also, i have to disagree with you on the huggies. i love them. they’re the only diapers i will use.
I have to say both of my boys are huggies boys. Well, one was and one is. Neither could wear pampers. Let’s just say you as a parent shouldn’t get wet when the diaper stays dry.
