N.T. Wright is a theologian, Bible scholar, thinker, and Anglican priest. I’ve heard Wright’s name thrown around by people who are smarter than I am for quite some time. He’s quite respected for his study of theology. But recently, I’ve become a fan. His latest book is about heaven, a book called Surprised By Hope, and it’s an in depth study (at times, like the abyss) about what the Bible really says about Heaven.

The interview is enjoyable, and Bishop Tom is great, as always. However, not-so-fashionable Randy Alcorn beat him to the punch in 2004 with Heaven (now in 10th printing with new revisions).
