What are your thoughts/views about homeschooling?
From my vantage point, it seems to be a bit more accepted today than it was 10 or 15 years ago. While the above video seems to highlight old or stereotypical perspectives about homeschooling, Christians homeschooling has come a long way since I was a kid. Or at least, that seems to be the case.
That said, I would/could never homeschool my kids, mostly because I’d be a terrible teacher/father. And it would be cruel of me to subject Elias and Adeline to that kind of academic torture. Plus, I do think that peer interaction is an important aspect of a child’s development. And though many homeschoolers are involved with homeschooling co-ops and/or community groups, it’s still not quite the same interaction that a school/institution provides.
